This is a “Lip Brush with Cap”
It is a rounded denser brush compared to the previous two brushes. It has a cap- which helps lengthen the handle and also keep your other brushes clean when it comes in tact- it protects the color from going into something else.
Use it for lipsticks/lip glosses and you can even use it for correcting and concealing (touch ups)
